Attached are photos of one of my jobs from last week. I Wanted you to see how “filthy” was this living room carpet I cleaned. A young guy called me and wanted me to clean his living room before his landlord make the “walk through”. He is moving out of this apartment and feared that he wont get his $1500 deposit back if his landlord sees this mess.
I Pre-sprayed the carpet with the Pre-X Trak, let it dwell for 10 minutes and cleaned it with the nexus. OMG, I couldn’t believed how this carpet transformed from being “trashed” to almost bran new. I cleaned also two tiny bedrooms and a small hallway that weren’t as dirty and I charged him $475. I spend about an hour and a half there. I was happy to help this kid get his deposit back and probably I earned another customer for life.
