As always, the outcome of this job turned out to be excellent. The tiles and grout were all covered with calcium deposits, dirt and grime. I mixed and sprayed the Tilex and let it dwell for 10 minutes. I went over it with the scrubber and wallah. It is good as new. I also sealed the grout from future discolorations. It is a 300 sq ft Mexican tiled patio with few steps. For the cleaning I charged .50 per sq/ft and for the sealer I charged $1.25 per Sq Ft. The sealer gave it an amazing glossy finish. It looked as if it was just installed.
