Project: Clean Carpets or Rugs in a Home
I normally clean my carpets myself as much as possible, especially after our older dog has an accident. My home machine is pretty great and has worked well with most carpets in my house. But I had thick, plush carpet in the formal area, and berber carpet in my family area, both which didn’t seem to get clean enough with my machine. With a home appraisal coming up quickly, I needed a professional right away to help get the carpets in those rooms cleaned and completely odor free once and for all. Brooks responded to my HomeAdvisor request promptly. He made time for me during a very busy period for him. He took great care with my seemingly small (for him) project, taking the time to explain the products he was using and why. My carpets looked as good as new! I was especially impressed with the berber, which I really didn’t think could look any cleaner. I was so wrong! The carpets smell totally fresh again. Thanks, Brooks!
