Zion started his DryMaster carpet cleaning business in Encino, CA back in 2011 with the hopes of succeeding with his own business. After years in the work force world, working 50-60 hours a week and getting nowhere financially, he dreamed of being his own boss and having more time to spend with his family. With some research, he found DryMaster Systems and felt strongly that this was the best match for him. With Zion running operations and Ina, his wife acting as the office manager, they were ready to go.
They started DryMaster Smart & Dry Carpet Care with no customers, but it didn’t stay that way for long. Within a few short months, Zion tripled the income from his regular salaried job and worked 25 hours less per week. Since opening, they have added more equipment to their operation, built a new home office and hired additional technicians.
Even more inspiring and impressive is that today they have a database of over 2,300 customers and grew revenue 350% in 2012, 69% in 2013, and 15% in 2014. They are now expanding their business into Orange County and Ventura County, CA and will be working to double an existing customer base.With the support and guidance of DryMaster and their enthusiasm to succeed, Zion and Ina are now living the dream of running their own business and are one of many success stories coming out of DryMaster Systems.
