Last Monday, I got a call from a customer who saw my flyer and asked me if I can clean a very expensive Asian rug. Her daughter spilled coffee on it and she is very worried its been ruined and she texted me a picture of it. I booked the appointment, but honestly, I was skeptical myself whether I will be able to restore it. Before going to the customer, I called DryMaster and was told to use the Brown away and they gave me specific instructions how to use it. According to the customer, this area rug is worth over $4000 and was very anxious about it. When I got there, I freaked out. I saw that big brown coffee stain on relatively light colors rug. The rug really looked like as if it was ruined. I told customer I will do my best to clean it for her but, the way it looked, I didn’t want to guarantee it.
I started with cleaning the rug with mild detergent. Then I used the brown away according to your instructions. I waited there for about an hour until it dries to see final results. As it dries, I saw the stain lighten up little by little until it is all gone.
Oh my goodness! I was able to remove the stain entirely! The customer hugged me and told me she will use me for life. 😉
P.S. I charged $550 for this work like my coach suggested.
Thank you for your support on this one hell of a job.
