I am sending you some pictures of the store carpets we are cleaning for you to check. After doing some cleaning demonstration, We got the contract with the stores chain. Thank you for your advises and helping us to win this hugh contract. For this year the contract starts on the 21st of December and expires on the 15th of april 2016. We have 35 stores this year but if we do a good job, we can have 200 stores next year which they will decide in march 2016. So with your help and expertise, we need to do not a good but a great job.
We will clean each of the 35 stores once a week for 4 months. In total, according to the contract, from the 21st of December to the 15th of April, every location will have 15 cleanings in total. So 15 cleanings in 35 stores gives us 525 cleanings in total. This doesn’t include the extra cleanings. Every week they will ask us around 7 to 10 additinal cleanings for some other stores.
Eric, We are very excited to operate our new DryMaster carpet cleaning business and thank you for all your help in obtains this contract! We couldn’t have done it without your expertise and Drymaster superb equipment and detergents!!
